The apartment rental price includes the following services and facilities:
- water, electricity and gas
- bed linen and bath towels to be changed weekly
- children's bed
- satellite TV
- wi-fi internet connection (not available at the Casa del Nonno)
- use of the swimming pool
- outdoor dining area
- barbecue
- wood-fired oven
- laundry room with washing machine and iron
The following services are available to guests upon request with an extra charge:
- Breakfast: 6 € per person per day
- Dinner: 30 € per person per day
- Fire wood (at Casa del Nonno): 15 € per 100 kilos
- Heating on consumption: 1 €/hour (apartments Il Fiordaliso and L’Orchidea); 4 €/m3 (apartment il Giardino and Casa del Nonno)
- Daily cleaning: 15 € /hour
- Compulsory final cleaning: 12 €
- Personal chef: 30 € /hour
